Upkeeping and revitalizing the places we call home.

In 2018 I began restoring and improving our 1880’s triplex in Colorado — a three-story Victorian that had been split into apartments during the 50’s. In age and reconfigurations across 140 years, it was a blend of old and new, forgotten and reimagined. Getting to know the house, solving practical problems and aesthetic conundrums, and implementing repairs and improvements that would stand the test of time all became passions.

I am building a business around the best aspects: the work, the people, and the opportunities to serve the community.

My clients are my business partners. And their homes are their homes, so I remind myself that these are more than jobs — every service or change adds to the feel, story, and legacy of a home and the people it serves.
